300HR KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Daughter of Mother Nature, it is from her that I extract my essence and it is with her that I feel free in tune with the universe, within and outside me. Acknowledging my devotion to Nature as the only constant in my journey, I changed places, country, became a designer, an architect, a sustainability consultant and found my highest as a Kundalini Yoga teacher.

I love to experience and feel in my body the transformations that are available in this life journey, it makes me feel empowered and alive! And this is the environment I share with everybody through the powerful ancient teachings.

I am teaching Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama, & Mantra Meditation.
Adriana Lucia
My name is Adriana Lucia and I am a breathwork facilitator and sound healer from Colombia. I am the founder of BreathWithLove where I help my clients heal past trauma through my guided breathwork meditations and high frequency singing bowls and Rapé ceremonies. It's stressful times you can used the power of the breath to help calm felling. I have the ability to cleanse energy and reduce stress by activating the breath and utilizing it as a tool for self healing. This particular breathing pattern moves stuck energy and allows us to let go of the mind, and open the heart.
Shakti Ascension

Shakti Ascension is a collaborative trinity of voices, Athena StarSeed, Crystal Sparrow and Tulsi Devi Dasi. Their harmonic convergence of sacred sound mantra meditation reminds us of our divinity. They utilize their voices to intentionally raise the vibration through heart centered communion and activation.

Shakti Ascension will be leading live kirtan, a call and response devotional chant, and performing Bhajan in the morning and evening each day.

Genesis Duncan

Hello beautiful people! My name is Genesis Duncan. I look forward to gathering with you all and diving into the practice of breathwork together. I first experienced a breathwork ceremony when I was 18 and it was a life changing event for me. I then continued to practice it on my own and finally decided that I needed to provide the healing that I had discovered through this form of meditation to those around me. If you are willing to dive into this spiritual journey with me I look forward to guiding you and connecting with our higher selves together.

Cynthia Gutierrez

Cynthia loves to help spiritual people who wish to dance. Facilitating them to reconnect with their divinity, and align to a higher way of being through creative movement, conscious embodiment, and sacred practices; co-creating a life that they envision.

After she began her awakening journey in 2012, achieved a BFA in Dance and created Embodied Ritual, Cynthia has become passionate about forming a more conscious world for the future generations to evolve in where they believe that expanding into a higher way of being is a powerful way to thrive! Make sure to join her in the Beltane Ceremony and Creative Movement Workshop at the retreat.

Suzette

Suzette Brantley has an extensive history with aromatherapy and the use of herbal based treatments. She learned the fundamentals of her craft in 2011 from Cecilia Garcia, a renowned Chumash medicine expert. Madam Garcia’s wisdom and inspiration had a profound influence on Miss Brantley, and it ignited a deep love and passion for plant based medicines and healing arts.

Suzette continued to study and practice, while living primitively, surrounded by earth’s natural beauty and healing powers. She spent many years foraging, harvesting, and distilling natural medicinal plants and herbs into essential oils, which have natural healing power. She also has dried herbs for soaking, sipping, smudging and smelling.

Miss Brantley has also studied Buddhism and alternative modalities, which she has incorporated into her repertoire of healing approaches. Suzette is a Reiki level III practitioner and Geomancer, through which she has discovered obscure knowledge, which can lead to physical and spiritual well-being.

Personally, Suzette is very friendly and outgoing, optimistic, strong, generous and independent. She is warm, charismatic, compassionate, and has a positive outlook on life.

Jessica Berenice Z.

Jessica is a subconscious reprogrammer. For the last fifteen years she has dedicated her study and practice to the science of happiness, and understanding the workings of the mind. She has discovered amazing tools and tactics to create rapid change and progress in peoples lives. Jessica likes to say that she is in the business of making dreams come true. This is because when we change the self-defeating beliefs that live in our subconscious, we are able to create the reality we want!

Hatha Yoga

‘Ha’ represents the esoteric sun, and ‘tha’ the moon. The practice of Hatha yoga aims to join, yoke, or balance these two energies. Hatha involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a combination of breath, movement, and sound. It derives from the Sanskrit word kundal, which translates to "coiled energy." The ultimate goal of Kundalini is to increase your self-awareness by silencing your mind and unblocking your chakras so that your vital energy can flow freely.

The practice of Kundalini yoga will arouse the sleeping Kundalini Shakti from its coiled base through the six chakras that reside along the spine, and through the seventh chakra, or crown.

Breathwork

Breathwork can relieve stress, anxiety, and over-thinking. It is also a way to improve posture, remove negative energy or blockages, ease an overstimulated nervous system, and reduce blood pressure by adding more oxygen to the body.

There are many different techniques of breathwork. Some are similar yet have different names, while others are quite unique. A short list would include: Pranayama, Holotropic, Shamanic, Wim Hof, and Rebirthing. Some techniques can produce intense moods and effects on the body, while others are more subtle and relaxing.

During this retreat you will have the opportunity to experience several different breathwork methods taught by our professionally trained teachers.

Pranayama

Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your breath. It is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates to 'control of breath'. 'Prana' means breath or life force and 'ayama' means to control.

The goal of pranayama is to connect your body and mind. It also supplies your body with oxygen while removing toxins. This is meant to provide healing physiological benefits. The practices serve as a powerful tool to heal illness and correct mental imbalances since "the control of breathing is the most direct method to affect life force."
